"The Women's Algonquin Trip will always hold a special place in my life. It was my first trip as a participant and the start of amazing changes in my life. This trip always gives me so much joy, the Algonquin Backcountry has a way of bringing complete strangers together and creating a safe place to grow and learn all while being accepted. I can not wait to see what adventures this trip will bring and I know we can all handle it because we can all do Hard Sh!t. Pack a bag, let's go do Hard Sh!t!!"

At Warrior Adventures Canada we believe in the healing and rejuvenating effects of wilderness and peer-support. There’s positive aspects of doing hard things together outdoors. Our team, and over 100+ participants, have adventured together to reap the benefits for the mind, body, and soul. These adventures can inspire, create friendships, recharge the mind, and test the body. Rituals are important in life, and our guides travel to these amazing destinations as a yearly ritual. We’ve found these adventures especially meaningful when done with veterans and first responders like you.
A big part of these adventures are the people. No one wants to travel with a stranger! Please describe yourself and be open about what is drawing you to this adventure? And what should we expect from you?

“I think everyone was awesome! Cara has a beautiful, soft style of leadership that resonated with me. I love that the others are a little more hard core. It gave a great balance.”

“Just having the group of women added into my life gives me extra tools. Confirming that I can "do hard shit" helps me to accept that I have more resilience than I might have previously believed”
