Therapeutic Adventure

Our team will take veterans and first responders on rejuvenating outdoor adventures. These trips are designed to empower individuals and challenge the group with shared responsibilities and team work. Thus establishing and developing an individual's confidence and self reliance.

Week long adventures will include whitewater canoeing, backpacking, or rock climbing in wilderness settings. Beginning at a comfortable location, we will get to know one another while preparing our gear and go over expectations for the trip. These trips will be led by veterans and like-minded individuals and will follow a 4-phased approach to healing: Building the team, learning new skills, completing challenges, and growing networks.

If you're retired, transitioning, or still on active duty, our trips can work for you. You will learn new skills, connect with others, experience the healing powers of nature and come away with the mindset and skills to deal with the stresses of the unexpected. Join us as we adventure through the wilds together and make a lasting impact on our lives, and the lives of our fellow Warriors.

I can’t thank you WAC guys enough, I’ll never forget what you did for me.
